Works involved significant structural alterations and improvements to the existing property, with a subterranean extension to the small existing basement, all undertaken whilst occupiers of the upper floors remained in residence.

The duplex apartment was stripped back to its shell whilst we constructed a single-storey rear extension, followed by a comprehensive fit out to the highest standard and specification. Louise Bradley’s design is characteristically contemporary, allowing natural light to flow throughout the property.
